Quick Help

Can’t sign in? Use the password reset flow on the sign-in screen. The app can send a secure reset email when delivery is configured.
Need to use the app without an account? Use the guest option on the home screen to access core calculator and logging tools without registration.
Need to review food carbs? Use the Foods tab to search USDA FoodData Central before calculating a meal estimate.

Clinical and Safety Support

Do not use this support page for urgent medical issues, severe highs or lows, ketones, suspected unconsciousness, or other emergencies.
If you are in danger or someone may be unconscious, contact local emergency services immediately.
Dose estimates in this app are not a replacement for instructions from a licensed diabetes clinician.

Using Provider Features

Patient accounts Patients can link a PCP or diabetes clinic during registration so recommendations can be delivered in-app.
Provider accounts Clinicians can register, review linked patients, send recommendations, and receive chart snapshots shared from the logbook screen.
Emergency contacts Emergency alerts depend on configured third-party email or SMS providers and may be limited by carrier or registration rules.

Technical Notes

The app currently operates as a production-oriented prototype. Some features depend on external services such as Postgres, Resend, Twilio, Vercel, and USDA FoodData Central. Third-party outages, registration requirements, or mobile-emulator issues can affect delivery or rendering.
