Delete Account and Data Request
This page explains how a user can request deletion of an Insulin Daily account and associated saved data.
What can be deleted
Account profile
Registered account details such as name, email, linked clinician details, and password-based sign-in records.
Saved app records
Stored blood sugar logs, chart snapshots, wearable sync records, emergency contacts, recommendations, and message history tied to the account.
Local browser data
Guest-mode and browser-stored records can also be cleared directly from the device or browser that saved them.
How to request deletion
Step 1
Use the app’s support contact path and clearly state that you are requesting account and associated data deletion for Insulin Daily.
Step 2
Include the account email address connected to the app so the request can be matched to the correct record.
Step 3
If you used guest mode only, clear the browser or device storage on the same device to remove locally saved entries.
Current deletion path
At this stage, deletion requests are handled through the app’s support workflow rather than a self-service in-app delete button. Support information is available at /support.html.
When making a request, specify that you want your account and associated stored data removed from Insulin Daily.
